Online Reservations System

Personal Meeting Room Reservations Now Available

Personal meeting rooms for academic engagement are now available to be reserved in the Centers. Students can reserve same-day personal meeting rooms by visiting the Information Desk at the Student Center the day you would like the reservation to determine availability. Rooms are limited to one per day for three hours, with a maximum of two people. All Rutgers safety policies, such as mask wearing, must be adhered to. A current Rutgers ID is required to enter the Student Centers.

Fall 2021 Reservations

Reservations for Rutgers University-New Brunswick events are currently being accepted for the fall for all Student Centers. If you are interested in hosting an event within our Centers, please go webapps.rutgers.edu/EMS. If you do not have an account, just follow the instructions on the page.

Events and meetings with more than 10 people need to get Chancellor Approval and have the event certified (EACS) for contact tracing (learn more: ipo.rutgers.edu/events). Once approvals are given, the Student Centers and Activities team can go ahead and move forward in event planning and confirming of reservations.

Space Options

Welcome to the online reservations system of Rutgers University Student Centers, where you can browse events, facilities, and available space at each of the six centers.  You can check out more about what the Student Centers have to offer or what each has available.

With six Centers, over 40 meeting spaces, and a variety of other bookable spaces in and around the Centers, there is a room or combination of spaces just right for your event. Use the Browse Centers option in the Browse Menu Tab above to see pictures, setup types options, and capacities for each room.

User Policies

Student Centers are intended for the use of student, faculty, staff, guests of the University and participants in authorized on-campus activities. The Centers’ Policies are intended to facilitate the fair allocation and efficient use of its facilities. It is our goal to provide for uniform and consistent administration of facility usage.

Requesting Spaces

Rutgers University Recognized Student Organizations and University Departments may request spaces online using this site. To request space, you must first create an account from the My Account Menu tab. Once your account is approved, you can request space using the Reservations Menu tab.  Student Organizations are issued one account per organizational.  Please contact centerres@echo.rutgers.edu for more information about accessing your account.

Non-University business and campus community partners may request a space by emailing centerres@echo.rutgers.edu or calling an Event Coordinator at 848.932.8821.
